The Wanderlust Tours Cancellation Policy
Deposits: All tours are held at time of booking with a non-refundable 10% deposit.
Half Day Tours: You have up until 48 hours for half day tours before your departure to cancel or change your tour date. Cancellation/decrease in numbers/change of date for any reason within the cancellation period previous to the tour (and no shows) will result in a full forfeiture of your tour cost.
Evening, Special Event and Private or Custom Tours: You have up until 1 week before your departure to cancel or change your tour date. Cancellation/decrease in numbers/change of date for any reason within the cancellation period previous to the tour (and no shows) will result in a full forfeiture of your tour cost.
For All Tours
Weather: Tours will go rain or shine.
Deposits and Fees: If a deposit or fee is required for the tour you reserve, neither is refundable.
Minimums: Wanderlust Tours reserves the right to change or cancel this reservation if tour minimums are not met.
Exceptions: There are no exceptions. We charge 100% of tour cost should any members cancel after the deadline or simply not show up to the pickup point. It is always unfortunate if anyone in your party cannot join us because they become ill or injured before the trip, but we are not able to waive the policy for any reason.
